There are literally thousands of organizations dedicated to serving people with specific disabilities (such as cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, autism spectrum disorders, etc.). If you don't see links to the disability you are looking for here, try going to the Search box and typing in the name of the disability, then clicking on WWW underneath the box, then clicking Google Search. This will give you a list of other resources on the Internet.
